CoHaven Care Living

A stable housing solution for mission-driven organizations — serving individuals working through intensive outpatient and rehabilitation programs.

"To create safe, stable, and affordable shared housing solutions that complement the critical services provided by mission-driven organizations — enabling individuals to heal, stabilize, and reintegrate with dignity."

Why Housing Matters for Your Programs

Lack of stable housing is one of the top three reasons individuals relapse or fail to complete recovery and reentry programs. Many transitional programs focus on clinical care but struggle to secure long-term, stable housing for their participants.

CoHaven Care Living bridges this gap with turnkey, professionally managed housing aligned with your program timelines — at zero capital cost to your organization.
